Hinge Health
|

Hinge Health will be available to faculty and staff enrolled in UHC plans. Hinge Health is a coach-led digital program for those suffering with chronic back, knee or hip pain. Hinge Health provides exercise therapy using wearable motion sensors and a free tablet computer for guided exercise therapy. The program includes real-time movement feedback, cognitive behavioral therapy and personalized education materials. You can use it anytime, anywhere. You’ll also have access to a health coach who will motivate you and you help you reach your goals. You and your covered family members will go through a clinical screening to determine eligibility for the program.

| Fertility Solutions |
|
Fertility Solutions in a voluntary program that allows you to work with a fertility nurse and receive experienced guidance around benefits and resources as you explore options for expanding your family. See flyer for more information.
Benefit includes:
- Self-schedule calls: Set up a call with a fertility nurse at a time that works best for your schedule.
- Search for In-network Providers or Fertility Centers of Excellence (COEs): Care can be received from a provider of your choice however COE's have specialists who have demonstrated potential in increasing the chance of having a baby.
- Get 24/7 online learning: Explore our program and get answers to questions on fertility, possible treatment options and how to cope with the challenges
they may bring.

| Tobacco Cessation Programs |

UHC's tobacco cessation programs consist of methods to help you learn to quit smoking, with one-on-one coaching and innovative lessons developed using the most current academic and medical research. See flyer for more information.
Benefit includes:
- One-on-one time with an expert coach via chat, text, or phone
- Interactive mobile app with milestones tracking and engaging content
- Group coaching sessions for peer support and deep-dive conversations
- Nicotine Replacement Therapy (like patches or gum) to manage cravings
