Well-being programs are sponsored by the Office of Human Resources and available to faculty, staff, retirees, and eligible family members.


Faculty Wellness Program
The Faculty Wellness Program offers free consultations for full-time Northwestern faculty members to identify appropriate resources for personal and professional concerns.
Mental Health First Aid
This evidence-based training helps participants identify, destigmatize, understand and respond to signs of mental challenges, enabling those trained to offer concrete support.

Colleague Connection
Colleague Connection will bring together new hires and current staff from across the university to meet and connect about all things Northwestern. Stay tuned for dates and additional details coming this Fall.

Well-being Breaks offer a variety of break options to promote faculty and staff health and well-being.
Health Partners
Health partners provide free access to multifaceted healthcare offerings: 24/7 nurseline, diabetes management and weight loss programs, virtual physical therapy, fertility, pregnancy and parenting support and more! Eligibility depends on your health plan enrollment.
