Employee Assistance Program

Faculty Wellness Program
The Faculty Wellness Program offers free consultations for full-time Northwestern faculty members to identify appropriate resources for personal and professional concerns.
Mental Health First Aid
This evidence-based training helps participants identify, destigmatize, understand and respond to signs of mental challenges, enabling those trained to offer concrete support.

NU Bridges
NU Bridges connects new and current faculty and staff across NU while introducing them to a specific school, unit, or organization.
Well-being Breaks
Well-being Breaks offer a variety of break options to promote faculty and staff health and well-being.
Health Partners
Health partners provide free access to multifaceted healthcare offerings: 24/7 nurseline, diabetes management and weight loss programs, virtual physical therapy, fertility, pregnancy and parenting support and more! Eligibility depends on your health plan enrollment.
