Recognition
Being appreciated for who we are and recognized for what we do is an important part of feeling valued at work. Northwestern understands the vital roles that staff members play in our success. The recognition program has been expanded to offer more opportunities for staff to be appreciated for the important contributions they make. Learn more about new ways to recognize others below.
Length of Service Recognition
Staff members who have dedicated years of service to Northwestern deserve gratitude and recognition. Northwestern staff members receive a gift for every five years of continuous service and are recognized publicly at the Staff Service Recognition Reception after 25 years of service. Exemplary Service Awards
