Length of Service Recognition
Northwestern celebrates the dedication of staff through our Length of Service Recognition Program. Employees receive a milestone service anniversary gift at five years of service and every five years of continuous service thereafter. After 25 years of service, staff are honored publicly at the annual Length of Service Recognition Reception. Learn more about the program and reception.

Exemplary Service Awards
