Talent Development manages several campus-wide faculty/staff online educational programs. Learners enrolled in those programs can find support and FAQs here, and managers can find reports for tracking completion in those programs.
Harassment and Discrimination Prevention
Sponsored by the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance, this 45-minute course teaches enrollees how Northwestern protects its people and promotes a healthy workplace culture.
Launched in November 2019 and relaunched in 2022, the course will be assigned on an annual basis to meet state law requirements. The course is also assigned to new hires on an ongoing basis, weekly on Wednesdays, with a 30-day completion target. Those who complete can download a certificate from myHR Learn from the course title page, linked below.

Safe Campus
Sponsored by the University Police, this 20-minute course teaches enrollees how to reduce the risk of violence on campus, prepare for emergencies, and respond effectively in an active violence event.
