Our Talent Acquisition Manager for Early Career and Experienced Hires oversees a recruitment team who specializes in recruiting and sourcing activities to hire hourly and salaried entry-level positions. Melissa also manages our HR Talent Administrative Operations team.
What is your favorite part about working at Northwestern?
I have the pleasure of working with intelligent and motivated individuals who share a common goal of hiring top talent for the University. Beyond getting to work alongside some pretty amazing people every day, it’s also incredibly rewarding to see our team members successfully collaborate and grow in their own careers.

What do you enjoy about being part of these groups? ANUW provides the opportunity to attend events led by inspirational women professionals. I appreciate the open dialogue and the opportunity to network within such a supportive community.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy running, traveling and experiencing different cultures, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my husband and miniature golden doodle.
