Creating and Proactively Navigating a Roadmap for Career Development
Imagine planning a trip. Perhaps you spend time identifying key stops, trip objectives, budgets, timelines, and itineraries. Trip planning helps you proactively navigate the unexpected changes that can inevitably happen. Careers, just like trips, can have a non-linear path that may require you to adjust and redirect. In this session, we will discuss why and how you can create a roadmap for your career development, using an individual development plan (IDP) to help you make informed decisions, and identify new skills that align with your aspirations. Facilitated by: Eric Wu. Session will run for 45 minutes.
