Northwestern University provides personalized navigation support to retirees who wish to enroll in health, dental, or vision plans outside of what Northwestern offers. This service is available to retirees and their dependents who are not yet eligible for Medicare, as well as those over age 65. Via Benefits – the organization that will provide retirees with personalized advice and enrollment assistance – explains the steps retirees must take to select coverage and complete their enrollment.
