Length of Service Recognition
Northwestern celebrates the dedication of staff through our Length of Service Recognition Program. Employees receive a special gift for every five years of continuous service. After 25 years of service, staff are honored publicly at the annual Staff Service Recognition Reception. Learn more about the program and view highlights from this year’s reception.
