Support Groups
Human Resources has partnered with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) SupportLinc to host free short-term, four-week, virtual support groups for Northwestern employees. A support group is participant led and facilitated by a professional. The groups offer comfort, advice, and a feeling of unity as participants share about their common experiences. These groups will be facilitated by a Licensed Counselor and are specifically for University employees.
The groups are not confidential since you will be in a group setting. However, the groups are small, with a limited capacity. If interested in participating, register below. Registration is first come, first serve. As such, please be mindful of your schedule and making sure you can commit to attending all sessions.
