The Virtual Benefits & Well-being Fair is available all year; with updates and live sessions available during the Open Enrollment period.
The Open Enrollment period for plans starting January 1, 2026, will begin October 27, 2025 and end November 14, 2025. Faculty and staff may make changes to benefits outside of Open Enrollment if they experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage or birth.
The Virtual Benefits & Well-being Fair is meant to help faculty and staff become more aware of the benefits available to them. The virtual fair features video overviews, vendor information, and flyers to assist faculty and staff members in the selection of medical, dental, vision and other benefit plans.
